How to Solve This Nonogram

Nonograms (also called picross, griddlers, or hanjie) are logic puzzles that hide a picture inside a grid of numbers:

Two shapes, not one. This picture has two separate clusters — a rounded outline in the lower left and a round shape with a long tail reaching in from the upper right. Solve them as two mini-puzzles.
Outline the hollow box. The lower-left cluster is a rounded rectangle that’s empty in the middle — its clues show filled runs at the edges with gaps between, so build the border and leave the center blank.
Mind the broken end. The shape on the upper right finishes in a short run split by single-square gaps — read those clues carefully, since being one square off changes the whole end.

About This Puzzle

The Perfect Match pairs a padlock with its key — the looped shackle and rounded body of the lock in the lower left, and the key with its round bow and notched blade angling in from the upper right. A lock and the one key that opens it. This 25×25 Hard puzzle rewards treating the two shapes separately: build each outline, keep the center of the lock body hollow, and watch the fiddly notches on the key’s blade.
