Each number tells you how many squares in a row to fill in that line, in order. A clue of 2 2 means: fill 2 squares, leave at least one blank, then fill 2 more.

How to Solve This Nonogram

Nonograms (also called picross, griddlers, or hanjie) are logic puzzles that hide a picture inside a grid of numbers:

Start with the biggest clues. The 13 in row 6 fills almost the whole width — the dog's back — so mark that line first and anchor everything off it.
Use the long column. The 10-run column near the middle is more than half the height, so its overlap cells are forced — fill those before guessing.
Save the thin bits for last. The single stray squares up top and along the right (the ear tip and the tail) fall into place once the solid body is done.
