How to Solve This Nonogram

Nonograms (also called picross, griddlers, or hanjie) are logic puzzles that hide a picture inside a grid of numbers:

Lay the long horizontal runs first. A 23 across the middle and a 20 just below are the two longest lines in the puzzle — solid bars that frame everything else.
Follow the stepped diagonal. A band of 6-runs climbs upward, shifting one square to the right on each row — trace it up step by step.
Finish with the small stuff. Short paired blocks along one of the lower bands, plus a thin trail tapering to a single square up top — these little runs lock in once the big shapes are down.

Bon Voyage sends off a steamship — a long hull riding the waterline, a row of portholes down the side, a billowing funnel, and a wisp of smoke curling up and thinning as it drifts away. This 25×25 Hard puzzle is all about locking down the big horizontal runs first: once the deck line and waterline are set, the funnel and portholes hang off them.
