How to Solve This Sudoku
An Easy-rated grid is the best place to build the habits that carry over to every harder puzzle later. Here's where to start:
Pick one number and hunt it everywhere. Choose a digit, say 5, and scan all nine boxes for where it's forced or already impossible — this single-number sweep is often faster than scanning cell by cell.
Use box-line reduction early. If a number can only go in one row or column within a box, you can rule that number out of the rest of that row or column in the other boxes.
Don't skip the visually 'empty' boxes. A 3×3 box with few filled cells looks intimidating, but the surrounding rows and columns usually still narrow it down — check those constraints before assuming you're stuck.
Easy Sudoku #2 keeps the given numbers generous throughout, so straightforward scanning will carry you to the finish without needing pairs, triples, or other intermediate tricks.
