How to Solve This Maze
Mazes reward patience more than speed — a steady method beats random wandering every time.
Work backwards too. If a section of the path looks hopeless, start from the goal and trace back toward the start. The two ends often meet faster than solving in one direction only.
Hug one wall. Pick a hand (say, always keep your pencil to the right-hand wall) and follow it continuously — it's a reliable way to eventually reach the exit in a maze with no loops.
Mark dead ends. Lightly shade passages that dead-end so your eye doesn't wander back into them a second time.
About This Puzzle
Snail and Shell is a circular maze built from eight rings, widening in sectors as they move outward so every cell stays roughly the same size. Start from the snail, 🐌, at the outer edge, and wind your way inward — through ring after ring — to the shell, 🐚, waiting at the very center.
