Each number tells you how many squares in a row to fill in that line, in order. A clue of 2 2 means: fill 2 squares, leave at least one blank, then fill 2 more.

The top half and the bottom half are mirror images. Row 1 matches row 15, row 2 matches row 14, and so on. Every square you solve near the top tells you the matching square near the bottom.
Two empty columns, long runs at the top and bottom, and a big empty middle make this one of the friendliest grids in the series. The mirror symmetry means you're really only solving half of it. No guessing at any point.
